Gorjana offers a variety of shipping methods for customers throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico to accommodate different delivery preferences and timelines. Estimated delivery dates are approximate and may not include weekends, federal holidays, or unexpected delays such as inclement weather, high order volumes, or transportation interruptions. Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled separately if certain products are available at different times.

Standard shipping typically takes between one and seven business days. Orders over $150 qualify for complimentary standard shipping, while purchases under that amount incur an $8 fee. Expedited shipping is usually delivered within two to four business days, with a $5 fee applied to orders over $150 and a $12 charge for orders below that threshold. Orders placed after 12 PM PST are processed on the following business day. Overnight shipping guarantees next-business-day delivery for a flat rate of $30, with orders received after 12 PM PST shipping the next day.

For added convenience, Gorjana provides a Buy Online, Pick Up In Store option that is free and generally ready within four hours. In select locations, same-day delivery via Shipt is available, with fees varying depending on the delivery area. During high-demand periods such as Valentine’s Day, Gorjana shares recommended order deadlines to help ensure on-time delivery: standard shipping by February 7, expedited by February 10, and overnight by February 11 for shipments within the contiguous U.S.

Processing times for orders vary depending on the type of item. Standard purchases are typically prepared within one to two business days, while personalized or engraved items may require two to three business days. Standard and expedited shipping do not deliver to PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may take up to 21 business days depending on location. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information once an order ships. International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or tariffs, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are accepted on all unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Customers can initiate returns using Gorjana’s online portal, which provides step-by-step instructions.
